HEAVY – The robust heavy-duty case for heavy everyday tasks

A modern and powerful design characterizes the HEAVY as a functional and extremely reliable transport case. Your products and case contents are optimally protected thanks to the unique double-wall design of the all-round sandwich construction, which gives the plastic case maximum stability. You can choose from 13 HEAVY sizes with a large usable volume. Useful HEAVY features such as the trolley system and the intermediate plate round off WAG-HEAVY as a transport case for heavy products.

HEAVY - A case for the tough jobs

The WAG-HEAVY is characterized by its high stability due to its sandwich construction. Thanks to the all-round double walls, heavy case contents can be transported in the HEAVY in combination with precisely fitting inlays. Inlays milled from hard foam offer the best possible protection for your contents during mobile transportation. And so that you don’t have to carry a heavy case, W.AG offers the optional trolley system for the HEAVY sizes HEAVY 4028 to HEAVY 4054. This gives you the perfect transport case on wheels and allows you to pull the WAG-HEAVY comfortably.

But HEAVY offers even more accessories: in addition to the popular divider plate, which allows you to divide the space, you can equip the HEAVY with a case lock on the outside and practical lid stands or a pocket solution for printed material on the inside.

The WAG-HEAVY is available in 13 case sizes. The largest basic size is the HEAVY 4054 with basic dimensions of 665 x 562 mm. The smallest HEAVY case size is the HEAVY 4001 with a basic size of 300 x 275 mm.

Customized look

But even a heavy-duty case wants to shine with color: So give your HEAVY its very own look. We offer you a total of 20 standard and selection colors and can create your own special color on request. The large decoration area, the case side panels and toggle latches also offer enormous design potential: for example, you can screen print important information such as article numbers on the sides of the HEAVY case. Your logo can be printed on the HEAVY closure using pad printing. High-resolution photos can be placed on the WAG-HEAVY using the in-mold labeling process with IML labels. The IML films are inseparably bonded to the case half shell after the injection molding process and offer a durable presentation.
