BEAT – The narrow plastic box with a high-quality design.

Small products require small packaging solutions. With 19 formats, the BEAT series with corrugated side structure offers the right solution for small-format products such as bit sets, promotional items, etc. With in-mold labeling and product-specific foam inserts, BEAT guarantees first-class and unbeatable product presentation of your small contents. BEAT can be used in combination with other case series as a box-in-case solution and cleverly complement products packed in a case.

BEAT - Unbeatable formats for exceptional products

The high-quality box design of the BEAT series lets the observer know from a distance that the product is packaged as a premium product. This factor is decisive for success, especially at the point of sale. Thanks to W.AG’s wide range of colors, which also includes transparent box trays for the BEAT, the BEAT plastic box can be designed in your desired corporate design. Transparent top shells also enable the immediate presentation of the packaged contents when viewing the BEAT. Product information, logos or instructions can be permanently applied to the BEAT in high resolution using the digital direct printing process or in-mold labeling. Screen printing and pad printing are also used for simple motifs and enable the printing of clip closures.

Product-specific box inserts such as foam inlays or thermoformed inserts round off their first-class product presentation and protect the packaged contents from damage. Whatever the product, the BEAT box is used in numerous industries: from the tool industry to the car tuning industry to moisture meters. The plastic box offers a wide range of applications. The BEAT series comprises 19 case sizes from the basic formats 85 x 145 mm up to 160 x 270 mm.
